Strawberry & Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Healthy fresh summer fruits smoothie bowl which is the perfect way to start the day.

Ingredients:

Smoothie:

  • 100g frozen Strawberries
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 100g frozen banana
  • 100ml Coconut milk

Toppings:

  • chai seeds
  • coconut Piece
  • fresh fruit

Method:

  1. Place the frozen fruit and coconut milk in a blender until it forms a thick smooth frozen consistency.
  2. Pour the mixture in a bowl  and top with your chosen toppings.
  3. Serve & enjoy!
