Salmon and Guacamole on Crisp Rye bread

A slight spin on avocado on toast and perfect for a light lunch or a quick snack or even breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • Finn crisp original rye
  • 60g Smoked Salmon
  • 100g guacamole recipe here
  • 1/2 Lemon, juice

Method:

  1. Spread the guacamole on top of the crisp rye bread.
  2. Top with smoked salmon and squeeze of lemon juice and black pepper.
  3. Serve & enjoy!
