Biscoff & Chocolate Cookies

A simple Biscoff & chocolate chunk cookies which are chewy & gooey and only contain 4 ingredients.


  • 300g Biscoff Spread
  • 135g plain flour
  • 1 eggs
  • 100g chocolate chunks


  1. Melt the Biscoff spread  in the jar in the microwave for 1 minute but make sure all of the foil is removed.
  2. Mix the Biscoff spread in a bowl with the egg, then sieve in the flour and mix in the chocolate chunks. Leave a few to place on the top.
  3. Take 60g of the cookie mixture, roll into a ball and place on a silicon mat. Place the remaining chocolate chunks on top.
  4. Place in the oven at 180C or 160C fan for 8-10 minutes and then leave to cool on the mat before putting on a wired rack to cool fully.
