Classic Homemade waffles
This is a classic homemade waffle batter for the perfect waffle everytime.
- 250 g Plain flour
- 4 tsp Baking powder
- 30 g Caster sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 350 ml Milk
- 70 g Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste
Separate the eggs whites from the yolk.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl apart from the egg whites. Mix together with a whisk until a thick batter is formed.
In the separate bowl, whisk together the egg whites until the form stiff peaks.
Fold the egg white through the batter.
Ladle the batter into the waffle machine and cook according to the manufacturer guidance.
Serve with your favourite toppings.
