Perfect Iced Coffee
This recipe is quick, simple and tastes just like a proper coffee from a coffee-shop, if not better!

Vanilla Sugar Syrup
- 200 g Caster sugar
- 240 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Coffee
- 500 ml Cold brewed coffee
- 6 tbsp Single cream
- 3-4 Ice cubes
Vanilla Sugar Syrup
In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the water and vanilla extract over a low heat.
Pour in to a bottle and store in the fridge for up to a couple of weeks.
