Whipped Dalgona Coffee
A current new trend are these Dalgona Coffee’s, they originate from Korea and is the opposite of a cappuccino. If you like creamy iced coffee you will love this!
- 1 tbsp Instant coffee
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Boiling water
- 200 ml Milk
In a bowl, whip together the instant coffee, granulated sugar and boiling water until light and fluffy. It will take about 4-5 minutes
Serve on top of cold or hot milk.
