Feast your eyes on our sweet and smoky churrasco thigh burger. Succulent, marinaded boneless thigh fillets served in a ciabatta roll, filled with lettuce, tomato and topped with a Nando's perinaise.

Ingredients
  

Mariande

  • 1 kg Boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 Lime, juice & zest
  • 3 Clementines, juice
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, grated
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 3 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Caster sugar

Accompaniments

  • 4 Ciabatta rolls
  • Handful of lettuce leaves
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced
  • Nando's perinaise

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl with the chicken thighs. Place in the fridge and allow to marinade for 3 hours.
  • Cook the Chicken thighs under the grill or on a BBQ. The thickness will depend on how long it takes to cook. It will take about 5 minutes each side.
  • Toast the ciabatta rolls. Fill with the chicken thighs, lettuce, tomatoes and perinaise sauce.
