Salted Caramel & Pecan Eton Mess

A dessert drenched in salted caramel sauce is always a positive. I'm a massive fan of a classic Eton Mess but this salted caramel and pecan version takes the Eton Mess to a new level.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Meringue drops
  • 200 g Salted caramel
  • 2 Bananas
  • 300 ml Double cream
  • 70 g Pecans

Instructions
 

  • Whip the double cream until it forms soft peaks.
  • Slice the banana into small pieces.
  • If using shop brought meringue nests, you need to break them in to small pieces.
  • Assemble in a glass by placing a little bit of all the ingredients followed by pouring over some salted caramel sauce. Repeat this process until the glass is full.
