Creamy Mushroom Sourdough Toast
This has to be on of my favourite breakfast's, it is so quick and easy to make but take so good! A soft and crispy sourdough toast with handful of fresh spinach and mushrooms in a creamy sauce.

- 2 Slices of Sourdough bread
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of mushrooms
- ½ tsp Garlic puree
- 15 g Butter
- 100 ml Double cream
- 2 tsp Cream cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Slice the mushroom and heat a pan on a medium heat until the butter is melted. Add the mushrooms and garlic puree to the pan and cook until the mushrooms start to turn golden.
Meanwhile place the sourdough bread in the toaster.
Add the cream cheese and double cream to the pan. Cook through until the creamy sauce takes on a brownish colour and thickens slightly. Season to taste.
Top the toast with the fresh spinach and then the creamy mushroom. Serve immediately.
