My name is Tom, I am the writer, developer and photographer behind Clayton’s Cookbook. With the help of my friend Justin, we have put together our second charity cookbook.

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who purchased my previous book, we raised over £2500 for Alzheimer’s Society. Following the sale of this book, all profits will be donated to Alzheimer’s Society after costs associated with producing the book have been paid. This charity means a lot to me as the disease had a massive impact on my family as my Grandad suffered with it for several years.

On the following pages I will show you a variety of my favourite indulgent meals. However, this book won’t just show you how to just make the final meal but also all the components including the breads and sauces.

I designed these recipes so you can switch out the homemade components with shop bought ones to make the recipe quick and easy or you can make everything from scratch if you have more time.

Clayton’s Cookbook is an Instagram & cooking blog which started in January 2017. At this time, I was halfway through my university degree studying food science. I wanted to create a database of my favourite recipes and thought I would share them with other people as well. This was where Clayton’s Cookbook was born with my love of cooking and food photography.

The charity I have decided to donate all of the profits to is the Alzheimers Society, about the same time that I started Clayton’s 
Cookbook my Grandad passed away after suffering with alzheimers for a number of years. This had a huge impact on my family and this is why I feel passionate about raising money for this cause, I hope you agree.
