This is a really simple and healthy hummus with some easy salted pitta chips.

Hummus Ingredients
- 200g Canned chickpea
- 2 lemon Zest
- 1.5 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 100 ml Tahini Paste
- 2 tsp Extra vigin olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Pitta Chips:
- 4 Pitta Breads
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Hummus Method:
- Put all of the Hummus ingredients in to a Food processor
- Blend in to a puree by adding water to get the right consistency

Pitta Method:
- Cut the pitta breads into two thin halves and slice in the chip shaped pieces
- Drizzle over the extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle on the salt
- Put in the oven at 180ºC for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
