Chewy dark chocolate M&M cookies with crisp edges. A perfect cookie with only 4 ingredients.
- 300g Crispy M&M spread
- 150g plain flour
- 1 egg
- Packet of crispy M&M
- Melt the M&M spread the microwave for 1 minute to make it easy to remove from the jar but make sure all of the foil is removed.
- Mix the M&M spread in a bowl with the egg, then sieve in the flour. Combine together until it forms a cookie dough texture
- Take 60g of the cookie mixture and roll in a ball and place on a silicone mat. Press down and place the M&M on top.
- Place in a oven at 180C for 10 minutes and then leave to cool on the mat before putting on a wired rack to cool fully.
