Ingredients:
- Finn crisp original rye
- 60g Smoked Salmon
- 100g guacamole recipeĀ here
- 1/2 Lemon, juice
Method:
- Spread the guacamole on top of the crisp rye bread.
- Top with smoked salmon and squeeze of lemon juice and black pepper.
- Serve & enjoy!
