These are biscotti blondies are gooey and moist in the middle and have a perfect brownie crust. The use of chickpea instead of flour and eggs also makes them vegan!
Ingredients:
- 400g tin of chickpeas
- 100g biscotti spread
- 40g rolled oats
- 200g caster sugar
- 60g agave syrup
- 100g Dark chocolate chips
Methods:
- Place the chickpea, biscotti spread, rolled oats, caster sugar and agave syrup in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture in to a 7 inch square baking tin and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top and place in the oven to bake for 25 min at 180°C.
