Honey Nut Cornflake Peanut Butter Bars
These Cornflake peanut butter bars are the most moorish thing you will ever eat. It is literally impossible to only have one, you keep going back for more and more!
Ingredients
- 150 g Honey Nut Cornflakes
- 230 g Smooth Peanut Butter
- 70 g Lotus Biscoff spread
- 200 g Milk Chocolate
Instructions
- Place the peanut butter and biscoff spead in a bowl and place in the microwave in 30 second blasts until it is runny.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the honey nut cornflakes. With a spatula mix the cornflakes until they are all evenly coated. As you mix, crush the cornflakes as these will stick better when forming a bar.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray ( my tray was 25cm by 18cm). Press the mixture down and in to all of the corners. Place in the fridge for an hour to set.
- After an hour, Melt the milk chocolate and pour over the top of the cornflake mixture. Place back in the fridge for an hour to set.
- Cut the peanut butter bars into 16 pieces before serving.
