This chicken wings recipe only uses 4 ingredients, Redhot sauce, butter, Chicken wings and a spray of oil.
These chicken wings are literally coated in my favourite wings sauce and it is so simple! If you want to make it really simple you could use Redhot buffalo sauce however it won’t be as creamy or rich!
Redhot Buffalo Wings
This chicken wings recipe only uses 4 ingredients, Redhot sauce, butter, Chicken wings and a spray of oil.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken wings, split in to drums and flats
- 100 g Redhot Sauce
- 100 g Butter
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. In a bowl, place the chicken wings and coat in oil. Then place on a baking tray with a silicon mat.
- Cook in the oven for 40 minutes, flip them over halfway through.
- Whilst the chicken is cooking, on a low heat in a pan melt the butter and Redhot sauce together. You don't want this mixture to get too hot as it will split and not form an emulsion.
- When the wings are cooked place in a clean bowl with the red hot sauce. Toss the wings in the sauce and serve in a bowl with optional spring onions and lime segments.
