3 Ingredient Vegan Mango Fro-yo
A really easy refreshing lemon and mango frozen yogurt, perfect for after a meal. Literally only contains 3 ingredients and is really quick to make.
Ingredients
- 350 g Frozen mango chunks
- 450 ml Vanilla soya yogurt
- 2-3 tbsp Almond milk
Instructions
- Pour the vanilla soya yogurt in a blender with the frozen mango chunks. Blend the mixture until it forms a thick yogurt smoothie. This iswhere you would add the almond milk if you need to loosen the mixture to help it blend.
- Pour the mixture into a tub, place in the freezer for an hour to harden slightly.
- Scoop out the fro-yo with an ice cream scoop and serve in a bowl.
