Another factor for making an incredible iced coffee is a simple vanilla sugar syrup. You can make a batch of simple vanilla sugar syrup in advance, as the batch should last you for a few weeks, unless you have a sweet tooth.
The final factor of the iced coffee is the milk. However, to make the best iced coffee you want to use single cream! It gives the coffee a creamier texture and more depth of flavour.

Perfect Iced Coffee
Ingredients
Vanilla Sugar Syrup
- 200 g Caster sugar
- 240 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Coffee
- 500 ml Cold brewed coffee
- 6 tbsp Single cream
- 3-4 Ice cubes
Instructions
Vanilla Sugar Syrup
- In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the water and vanilla extract over a low heat.
- Pour in to a bottle and store in the fridge for up to a couple of weeks.
Coffee
- Place the coffee, sugar syrup and ice in a glass.
- Pour over the cream and stir before drinking.
